MEET THE FOUNDER
Rob Bennett created CRUCIBLE after two decades working at the sharp end of business transformation—as General Counsel, Company Secretary, COO and Corporate Development lead across industries including biotech, retail, FMCG, and financial services.
He has helped businesses raise capital, restructure operations, exit markets, integrate post-acquisition, and manage risk in moments when the stakes were high and the clock was ticking.
Recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist and shortlisted for Retail Team of the Year by The Lawyer, Rob is known for clear thinking, calm under pressure, and a bias for action.
What sets him apart is his ability to operate across strategy and execution, legal and commercial, leadership and delivery.
